In2Detailing is an established car detailing brand with a loyal customer base. Despite strong repeat sales, they had never run a single campaign or automation. Every repeat purchase came through paid traffic or existing habit, and lifecycle revenue sat at 0% of total sales. There was a profit channel here that simply had not been switched on.

  1. Account Setup. Implemented a complete Klaviyo setup with proper domain authentication, advanced segmentation and branded templates, for strong inboxing, clean data and consistent performance from day one.

  2. Warming Campaign Strategy. Launched an intensive 30-day re-engagement strategy of 14 campaigns targeting both active and dormant subscribers. £65,000+ generated, 49% average open rate, 3.7% click-through rate.

  3. Sign-Up Forms. Designed high-converting pop-ups for desktop and mobile, optimised for timing, triggers and targeting. £17,000+ revenue directly from pop-ups and 800+ new subscribers in the first month.

  4. Core Automated Flows. Implemented the full set of high-impact automations, taking the account from zero to six active flow sequences in 30 days. £36,000+ generated from flows running on autopilot.
