In2Detailing is an established car detailing brand with a loyal customer base. Despite strong repeat sales, they had never run a single campaign or automation. Every repeat purchase came through paid traffic or existing habit, and lifecycle revenue sat at 0% of total sales. There was a profit channel here that simply had not been switched on.

Account Setup. Implemented a complete Klaviyo setup with proper domain authentication, advanced segmentation and branded templates, for strong inboxing, clean data and consistent performance from day one.
Warming Campaign Strategy. Launched an intensive 30-day re-engagement strategy of 14 campaigns targeting both active and dormant subscribers. £65,000+ generated, 49% average open rate, 3.7% click-through rate.
Sign-Up Forms. Designed high-converting pop-ups for desktop and mobile, optimised for timing, triggers and targeting. £17,000+ revenue directly from pop-ups and 800+ new subscribers in the first month.
Core Automated Flows. Implemented the full set of high-impact automations, taking the account from zero to six active flow sequences in 30 days. £36,000+ generated from flows running on autopilot.
