Before working with us, Rinkit were generating around £77,000 per month from email, but most of that came from one-off campaigns with no real structure behind them. Their flows were outdated, revenue was inconsistent, and they weren’t sending enough to maximise the size of their list. SMS also wasn’t being used at all, which meant a huge chunk of potential repeat revenue was being left on the table.
We started by rebuilding every core flow and introduced new logic that segmented customers by behaviour, purchase history, and AOV. This immediately lifted automated revenue without increasing send volume.
Next, we redesigned their sign-up forms with stronger value propositions and intent targeting. This took their on-site conversion rate from 3.1% to 8.2% and added over 25,000 new subscribers within the first 90 days.
Campaign strategy was another major gap. They were only sending 4–6 emails per month, and most of those were blanket sales blasts. We introduced a full campaign calendar, increased volume to 12–16 sends per month, and layered in product education, bundles, seasonal angles, and social proof. Click-through rates went up, revenue per send increased, and deliverability improved as engagement grew.
We also launched SMS from scratch and plugged it into both flows and campaigns. This gave us a second high-performing channel to recover carts, promote launches, and drive urgency without cannibalising email performance.
As brand familiarity and inbox placement improved, every touchpoint started scaling with less resistance. Within four months, email revenue climbed from £77,000 per month to £293,000 per month, and over 38% of total online revenue now comes directly from email and SMS combined.
