The Challenge

Zipster Baby had the hard part sorted: strong brand awareness and loyal customers. The lifecycle engine behind them was doing far less than it could. Segmentation was thin, automation volume was low, and post-purchase communication stopped nurturing customers after the first order. List growth had stalled too, which capped how far personalised campaigns could scale.

Our Approach

We rebuilt Zipster Baby's lifecycle system in three moves.

  1. Segmentation Overhaul. Reworked the campaign segmentation so every send reached the right customers with the right message. Relevance went up, deliverability improved, and engagement lifted across the board.

  2. Flow Rebuild and Expansion. Rebuilt and expanded the core automations, launching new flows to capture more of the customer journey and grow automated revenue. The centrepiece was a new post-purchase series, "Grow With Baby", built to guide customers through each stage of their parenting journey and drive repeat purchases naturally.

  3. List Growth With Zero-Party Data. Implemented Alia sign-up forms that lifted conversion and captured zero-party data at the same time. That gave us deeper insight into customer preferences and fed far more personalised content and flow logic.
